Overview

Visa Pelajar Thailand termasuk dalam kategori Non-Immigrant Visa Category “ED” (Education). Visa ini diberikan kepada mahasiswa asing yang akan mengikuti program magang, pertukaran pelajar, atau pelatihan akademik di bawah naungan lembaga pendidikan maupun organisasi yang telah diakui oleh Pemerintah Thailand.

Visa ini memiliki masa berlaku 90 hari sejak tanggal penerbitan dan memberikan izin tinggal awal selama 90 hari di Thailand. Selama berada di Thailand, mahasiswa dapat mengajukan perpanjangan izin tinggal (Extension of Stay) melalui Thai Immigration Bureau, sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
