Overview

This visa grants the legal right to work in China. During this period, you can engage in employment activities in compliance with Chinese labor laws. Additionally, the visa can be upgraded to a resident visa, allowing you to extend your stay and continue working in China.

Physical document is required depending on what stated on your invitation letter or working contract.

For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at SPUN Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

Am I eligible for this visa?

To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:

Applicant must obtain a Notification Letter of Foreigner’s Work Permit issued by a company in China.
The resident visa can only be extended within China.
Passport is issued in Banten, Jakarta, West Java, Papua, or any province in Kalimantan and Sulawesi.
