China Single Entry Business Visa is a visa issued to individuals traveling to China for business purposes, such as attending meetings, conferences, or negotiations with companies in China. This visa is only valid for a single entry into the country within a specified period. To obtain this visa, you must have the **Invitation Letter from company/institution in China.
After completion, you can collect your visa and passport at SPUN Operations Office. Alternatively, you can also order this delivery service for delivery in Jakarta and Bali, or order this delivery service for delivery to other cities outside Jakarta and Bali.
To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:
- Passport must be valid for at least six months from the departure date
- No Chinese visa rejection in the past six months
- Passport must have at least two blank visa pages
Please upload a scan of all pages of your current passport that contain immigration stamps or visas, from the identity page to the last endorsement page.
- Plain white-colored clothing is strictly not allowed;
- New photos, no older than six months;
- Minimum size 40 KB;
- Minimum pixel 354 x 472;
- Photo size 3.3 cm X 4.8;
- Plain white photo background;
- Clear frontal view of the face;
- Hat is not allowed to be worn
- No edit allowed

An invitation letter from the local company/foundation/institution in China with detailed purpose of your trip. You can download a sample for this invitation letter here
The invitation letter should include:
- Information about the invitee, including name, gender, date of birth, passport number, etc.
- Information about the visit, including purpose of the visit, arrival and departure dates, places to be visited, relationship between the applicant and the inviting party, and the party responsible for covering expenses during the stay in China.
- Information about the inviting party, including the name of the organization or individual, address, and phone number.
- Date of issuance of the letter and the signature of the individual or official representative (if the signatory representing the organization/institution is different from the responsible party listed in the official documents such as the company's business license, the signatory’s position must be stated), along with the company seal if the inviter is a company/organization.
