The invitation letter should include:

• Information about the invitee, including name, gender, date of birth, passport number, etc.
• Information about the visit, including purpose of the visit, arrival and departure dates, places to be visited, relationship between the applicant and the inviting party, and the party responsible for covering expenses during the stay in China.
• Information about the inviting party, including the name of the organization or individual, address, and phone number.
• Date of issuance of the letter and the signature of the individual or official representative (if the signatory representing the organization/institution is different from the responsible party listed in the official documents such as the company's business license, the signatory’s position must be stated), along with the company seal if the inviter is a company/organization.

• Plain white-colored clothing is strictly not allowed;
• New photos, no older than six months;
• Minimum size 40 KB;
• Minimum pixel 354 x 472;
• Photo size 3.3 cm X 4.8;
• Plain white photo background;
• Clear frontal view of the face;
• Hat is not allowed to be worn
• No edit allowed
