Passport is a compulsory document if you want to travel abroad. You can choose this service if you are an Indonesian citizen who wants to apply for new polycarbonate passport with electronic chip. You can choose passport extension service if you would like to renew an expired passport.
An applicant must provide all the mandatory documents and one additional document which is either;
- Birth Certificate
- The latest Education Certificate
- Marriage Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate
- If you do not have any of these additional document, please write up in the "notes" column
For applicant with age below 17 years old must attach :
- Birth Certificate
- Family Certificate
- Parents' ID (KTP)
- Parents' passport
- Parent’s Permission Statement Letter
- Both parents have to attend the biometric process of the child.
For applicant who lost their passport, must attach:
- National Identity Card (KTP)
- Family Certificate (KK)
- Birth Certificate
- Lost Report
- Copy of Old Passport
Notes :
- The processing time starts after your appointment with the Immigration Office for your biometrics.
- Price stated includes government fee and administration fee.
- Applicants below 17 years old are only eligible for a passport with a validity of 5 years.
