Document pick-up and delivery is available as an add-on for services that require the submission of original documents. This service allows for pick-up and delivery either from Jakarta to other cities or from other cities to Jakarta.

Notes :

• Price stated includes pick-up application documents and delivery of passport/visa after service completion.
• Valid for 1 address for both pick-up and delivery. But if you have different address for pick-up activity and delivery after passport/visa completion, please consult with our Assistant.
• Pick-up time min. 6 hours after your confirmation and subject to availability of our messenger.
• We can assist delivery using third-party logistics for all other areas, please consult with our Assistant (insurance is included).
