Document pick-up or delivery is available as an add-on for services that require the submission of original documents. This service allows for pick-up and delivery either from Jakarta to other cities or from other cities to Jakarta.
For document deliveries or pick-up within Jakarta, you can purchase this delivery service.
Notes:
- The listed price includes document pickup for the application process or passport/visa delivery after the service has been completed.
- The service applies to one pickup address and one delivery address. If different addresses are required for pickup and post-service delivery, please consult with our Assistant prior to confirmation.
- Document pickup can be scheduled at least 6 hours after confirmation, subject to courier availability.
- For locations outside our direct service coverage, delivery may be arranged via third-party logistics providers. Please consult with our Assistant for availability and insurance options.
- Pickup and delivery timelines depend on the destination address and service availability. Estimated timelines may be same day or within 1–2 business days. For certain areas, longer processing times may apply and require manual verification.

My experience with SPUN was not smooth in the beginning, communication via what’s app was lagging however email team were very responsive. I also felt like, although using an agent I still had to do a lot of work such as making my own itinerary which in the end they rejected and then made it for me 😂. Very, very satisfied with the service of the SPUN Team, the staff are friendly, and fast response too. The service is cool, guided until I understand.
