Overview

Mexico Visitor Visa is intended for foreign nationals who wish to stay in Mexico for less than 180 days for tourism, non-commercial business, family or friend visits, transit, or other unpaid activities. Holders of this visa are not permitted to engage in any paid work or income-generating activities while in Mexico.

To qualify for this visa, applicants must meet one of the following financial requirements:

Bank statement showing an average balance of at least USD 4,600/month over the last 3 months
Payslip or employment letter confirming a fixed monthly salary of at least USD 1,650/month
Sponsorship letter from the inviting institution in Mexico
