Overview

B1/B2 Visa Extension allows travelers to extend their visitor visa if their visa is still valid or expired within the past 12 months. Applicants may qualify for the Interview Waiver and may not have to attend visa interview.

Due to the latest update from the U.S. Embassy, applicants may still be required to attend an interview and bring additional documents. Please contact SPUN team for details.

To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:

You were lawfully admitted into the United States with a nonimmigrant visa;
Your nonimmigrant visa status remains valid or expired no more than 12 months ago.
You have not committed any crimes that make you ineligible for a visa;

Photo size 2x2 inches (5x5 cm) or 600x600 to 1200x1200 pixels in digital version;
Faces take up 70% of the photo
Eye glasses are not allowed to be worn for US Visa photos

Letter of Attorney for USA Visa

Require physical document

Letter of Attorney to pick-up passport from USA Embassy, which is signed on top of a stamp duty. Download template here. We will require you to submit the hardcopy.

Copy of Your Latest US Visa (B1/B2)

In order to qualify for a US Visa Extension, you will need to send an offline copy of your passport containing your Latest US Visa (B1/B2) that has yet to be expired or expired no more than 12 months. Please send a photo proof of your latest US Visa in this form

Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
