To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:

1. Applicant who apply this visa should with the purpose of taking part in an approved cultural exchange program such as cultural enrichment or community benefits program, School Language Assistants program, School-to-school Interchange program, or Youth exchange program.
2. You must be the right age for the special program you apply for, in which:

• For Cultural enrichment or community benefits program: Minimum 18 years old
