Spouse ITAS of Indonesia Citizen (Extension & Change of Status)
Overview
The E31A visa is designed for foreigners married to Indonesian citizens, allowing for a stay of up to 1 year, which can be renewed for a maximum of 5 years. Upon approval, a limited stay permit (ITAS/KITAS) is automatically granted.

Notes:
- If your marriage was conducted in Indonesia, you mandatory attach the local marriage certificate with your application.
- If your marriage took place outside Indonesia, it is mandatory to submit a marriage registration issued by an authorized Indonesian agency in your country of residence.
- You must be present in Indonesia from the beginning to the end of the extension period and must also attend the biometric process at the Immigration office.
