The E31A visa is designed for foreigners married to Indonesian citizens, allowing for a stay of up to 1 year, which can be renewed for a maximum of 5 years. Upon approval, a limited stay permit (ITAS/KITAS) is automatically granted.

• If your marriage was conducted in Indonesia, you mandatory attach the local marriage certificate with your application.
• If your marriage took place outside Indonesia, it is mandatory to submit a marriage registration issued by an authorized Indonesian agency in your country of residence.
