ITAS (Izin Tinggal Terbatas) is the name for Indonesian Limited Stay permit. This visa is intended for foreigners who wish to have a residence, such as a house, villa, or properties in Indonesia as a second home.

This service is for applicants who wish to change status of their current ITAS. If you're applying for the first time, please refer to this link

Notes: To apply for Second Home ITAS, applicants required to;

Deposit funds in an account under the name of the Foreigner at a state-owned bank with a value of US$ 130,000 (one hundred thirty thousand US Dollars), or
Purchase property in Indonesia such as an apartment/flat house with a value of US$1,000,000 (one million US Dollars).
Applicant will need to attend a biometric appointment at the nearest immigration office.
