Serbia type D visa for Family Reunification is a long-stay multiple-entry visa that allows foreign nationals to reside in Serbia with their family members who are:

1. The spouse of a citizen of the Republic of Serbia;
2. The spouse of a foreign national who holds a permanent or temporary residence permit in the Republic of Serbia, or who has been granted asylum in the Republic of Serbia;
3. A family member of a citizen of the Republic of Serbia or of a foreign national who holds a permanent or temporary residence permit in the Republic of Serbia, or who has been granted asylum in the Republic of Serbia.

This visa allows a stay of 90 to 180 days and can serve as the basis for applying for a Temporary Residence Permit if the applicant wishes to stay longer (up to 3 years, depending on the case).
