China Double Entry Business Visa
Overview
China Double Entry Business Visa is a visa issued to individuals traveling to China for business purposes, such as attending meetings, conferences, or negotiations with companies in China. This visa is valid for a double entry into the country within a specified period. To obtain this visa, you must have the Invitation Letter from company/institution in China.
China visa processing is subject to consular jurisdiction based on the passport issuing authority or, for foreign nationals, the KITAS/KITAP issuing location.
- Jakarta Jurisdiction : Banten, DKI Jakarta, West Java, Papua, all provinces in Kalimantan, and all provinces in Sulawesi
- Medan Jurisdiction : North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Sumatra, Jambi, Riau, Riau Islands, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung Islands, and Aceh
- Surabaya Jurisdiction : East Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, North Maluku, and Maluku
- Bali Jurisdiction : Bali, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), and East Nusa Tenggara (NTT)
For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at SPUN Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

Am I eligible for this visa?
To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:
- Passport is valid for at least six months from the departure date.
- Applicants with passports issued outside Jakarta Jurisdiction may apply in Jakarta by providing a Certificate of Employment in English confirming employment status in Jakarta.
- For applicants under the Medan jurisdiction, it is mandatory to provide proof that the applicant is currently in Indonesia. This proof may be in the form of an Indonesian Immigration entry stamp. If the applicant does not have an entry stamp, alternative proof of presence in Indonesia may be submitted. The detailed instructions can be found here

My experience with SPUN was not smooth in the beginning, communication via what’s app was lagging however email team were very responsive. I also felt like, although using an agent I still had to do a lot of work such as making my own itinerary which in the end they rejected and then made it for me 😂.
