India Conference Electronic Visa
Overview
India Conference Visa is an electronic visa designed for travelers who wish to attend official events in India, such as conferences, seminars, or workshops organized by the Ministry or Department of the Government of India, State Governments, Union Territory Administrations, or their subordinate bodies. This visa is also applicable for participation in private conferences or similar events hosted by companies, organizations, or individuals.
This visa is single entry and allows to stay up to 30 days.
Notes:
- For the initial visa application, hotel and flight bookings are not required. However, the embassy may request additional documents, including hotel and flight bookings along with payment receipts. Therefore, we strongly recommend preparing your hotel and flight plans in advance.

Am I eligible for this visa?
To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:
- Passport valid for at least six months from the date of departure to India.
- No Indian visa rejection within the past six months.
- Passport with at least two blank visa pages.
