Mexico Visitor Visa is intended for foreign nationals who wish to stay in Mexico for less than 180 days for tourism, non-commercial business, family or friend visits, transit, or other unpaid activities. Holders of this visa are not permitted to engage in any paid work or income-generating activities while in Mexico.
To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:
- No record visa rejection in the past six months.
- Passport must be valid for at least three months beyond the planned departure date from Mexico.
- Passport must contain at least two blank visa pages.
Passport should be valid for at least 7 months beyond your application date.
- Size: minimum 4 x 3 cm, maximum 7.5 MB
- Must be in color with a white background
- Facial expression must be neutral, with no smiling and the mouth closed
- Must show the full face, with the applicant looking directly at the camera
- Hairline and ears must be visible
- Clothing must be colored and cover the shoulders
- Makeup should be minimal
- Jewelry should be simple

Bank statements showing an average monthly balance of around USD 4,600 for the past three months, stamped and signed by the bank.
The month in which you apply for the visa is not included in the 3-month period. If your appointment is scheduled for next month, you will need to update your bank statements and bank letter accordingly.
