Please note that the pickup will be before immigration, and the representative will greet you upon arrival.
Direct the guests to VOA Counter (if needed), if you need pre-departure eVOA, kindly inquire SPUN Operations Office
Direct the guests to Immigration Counter (Special Line)
Escort and assist the guests to conveyor belt to collect their luggage (custom clearance will also be assisted by our staff)
Escort the guests to meet their airport representative or driver at arrival terminal exit.

Thanks to SPUN Visa Service. It is worth buying VIP Service, as we can chat wirh human assistant to help solve the problems. It was not easy to deal with Russian visa application when you do it on your own. Due to economic sanction against Russia, there is a problem in terms of payment.
