- Please note that the pickup will be before immigration, and the representative will greet you upon arrival.
- Direct the guests to VOA Counter (if needed), if you need pre-departure eVOA, kindly inquire SPUN Operations Office
- Direct the guests to Immigration Counter (Special Line)
- Escort and assist the guests to conveyor belt to collect their luggage (custom clearance will also be assisted by our staff)
- Escort the guests to meet their airport representative or driver at arrival terminal exit.
