My experience with SPUN was not smooth in the beginning, communication via what’s app was lagging however email team were very responsive. I also felt like, although using an agent I still had to do a lot of work such as making my own itinerary which in the end they rejected and then made it for me 😂. Very, very satisfied with the service of the SPUN Team, the staff are friendly, and fast response too. The service is cool, guided until I understand.
