Domicile certificate issued by the local RW or RT of the location where the company will be located.

Deed of incorporation

The company’s Deed of Incorporation, with the applicant’s name stated in the document.

ID Card of Indonesian Worker

Please provide the ID card of one of the Indonesian worker that is included in the Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan Perusahaan

Ministry of Law and Human Rights Certificate
