It consists of active partners who are responsible for operational of entity and passive partners who are responsible for funding. The ownership of the entity has to be Indonesian 100%.

My experience with SPUN was not smooth in the beginning, communication via what’s app was lagging however email team were very responsive. I also felt like, although using an agent I still had to do a lot of work such as making my own itinerary which in the end they rejected and then made it for me 😂. I feel the service is good, not the best, stil

Very, very satisfied with the service of the SPUN Team, the staff are friendly, and fast response too. The service is cool, guided until I understand.
