Overview
Foreigners who intend to build a company and conduct commercial activities in Bali, Indonesia, have to undergo the process of PMA (foreign-owned company) establishment. The minimum capital required for PMA establishment is 10 billion rupiah. Our service is to help you settle your business and manage its legal affairs efficiently.
To be eligible for the PT PMA process, a company must meet the following requirements:
- Have at least 2 shareholders, or
- Have at least 1 Commissioner, or
- Have at least 1 Director
Shareholders, Commissioners, or Directors can be either foreign nationals or Indonesian citizens.
The results of this Foreign Incorporation registration include :
- Deed of Establishment (Akta)
- Decree of Ministry of Law and Human Rights (SK)
- Soft copy of Company Tax ID (NPWP)
- Business License Number (NIB)
