Overview
Foreigners who intend to build a company and conduct commercial activities in Bali, Indonesia, have to undergo the process of PMA (foreign-owned company) establishment. - Have at least 2 shareholders, or

- Deed of Establishment (Akta)
- Decree of Ministry of Law and Human Rights (SK)
