This visa is available in two types: a 48-hour or 96-hour stay, both ideal for travelers with business meetings, stopovers, or short stays transit to onward destination, exclusively for Emirates flight ticket holder. The 48-hour visa is valid for a single entry and is suited for those staying less than two days, while the 96-hour visa is suited for travelers staying less than four days. Both visas are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, activated when you enter the UAE, and are non-extendable.
If you are traveling to United Arab Emirates for maximum of 30 days, you can apply for a United Arab Emirates Single Visa.
To qualify for a UAE Transit Visa, you must fulfill one of the following conditions:
- Travel Record
Applicant who has traveled at least once in the last 5 years or has a valid visa for the USA, UK, Schengen countries, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Canada, Switzerland, or Japan.
- Financial Record
Having a minimum annual gross salary of IDR 60,000,000.
- Invitation from immediate family member residing in UAE on family status
Spouse and children below 21 years of age and/or parents above 60 years of age can be invited.
- Additional documents are required if the applicant is a student who travels alone or newly married couples whose husband's name is not endorsed on the passport.

Note:
- If you apply for a 96-hour transit visa, please provide proof of funds and a confirmed hotel booking which you can merge into one document and upload in Other Documents.
- Your photo 4.3 x 5.5 cm in white background
- Soft copy size maximum 40KB
- Valid for minimum period of 6 months at the time of travel
- Single name passports are not accepted
- Softcopy size maximum 200KB
Upload the whole policy includes the coverage. Travel insurance that needs to be compliant with the visa regulation; destination country must be covered during the period of the stay. You need to provide the travel insurance file here, or you can purchase it here
Notes :
- For Schengen Visa, the insurance has to cover Covid-19, with total coverage of EUR 30,000

- SPT 21A document for previous year highlighting the annual gross salary & investments
- Copy of 6 months bank statement showing proof of funds. Applicants to produce original bank books for verification (which would be returned).
- If the applicant has a business, provide a copy of the company's SIUP / TDPT.
- Evidence of employment - Copy of appointment letter on company letterhead.
If you are invited by an immediate family member residing in UAE on family status
- Invitation Letter
- Marriage certificate in case of invitation for spouse & Birth Certificate in case of invitation for children
- Valid Residence Visa of the host
- Coloured passport copy of the host
If you are a student who travels alone
- Parents National ID (KTP)
- Parents Coloured Passport Copies
- Family Certificate
- Minor's Birth Certificate
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from parents.
- Residential details in UAE
- Invitation & guarantee letter from the host with his Passport copy & valid residence visa of UAE, Hotel voucher in case of no host details
If you are a newly married couple whose husband's name is not endorsed on the passport
- Invitation Letter
- Marriage certificate in case of invitation for spouse & Birth Certificate in case of invitation for children
- Valid Residence Visa of the host
- Coloured passport copy of the host
- Copy of your national ID (KTP)
