A Work Permit is a permit that allows you to earn income, pay taxes, register mobile numbers, and get healthcare benefits in Indonesia. To be able to obtain a work permit, you have to be employed by a company registered in Indonesia, and the company must act as a sponsor. The validity period of a Work Permit is 1 year. If you wish to obtain a KITAS for employment, you can apply for a Work ITAS.

WLKP, or the Mandatory Report to the Ministry of Labor, is a vital requirement for businesses hiring foreign workers in Indonesia. This report confirms compliance with labor regulations and is valid for one year.

If your company have done WLKP, you are eligible to apply for Work Permit Only. This service is intended for applications without WLKP report.
