Work Permit and Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan Perusahaan (WLKP)

A Work Permit needs an active Spouse ITAS, this is a permit that allows you to earn income, pay taxes, register mobile numbers, and get healthcare benefits in Indonesia. To be able to obtain a work permit, you have to be employed by a company registered in Indonesia, and the company must act as a sponsor. The validity period of a Work Permit is 1 year. If you do not have an active Spouse KITAS, you might want to apply for Working ITAS.

WLKP, or the Mandatory Report to the Ministry of Labor, is a vital requirement for businesses hiring foreign workers in Indonesia. This report confirms compliance with labor regulations and is valid for one year.

If your company have done WLKP, you are eligible to apply for Work Permit Only. This service is intended for applications without WLKP report.
