To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:

- You must be aged 18 to 30 years old (inclusive) when you apply. If an applicant applies for the visa at the age of 30 but turns 31 before a decision is made, the visa can still be granted provided all other requirements are met.
Photocopy of passport (biodata page, changes/additions - if any, visa page and immigration stamp) which is still valid for at least 12 months and old passport (if any)
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
Clear copy of birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.
Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
