SPUN will help you to close your current membership of Indonesia social security. Along with required documents stated, it is mandatory to provide identification :

National ID (KTP), if you are an Indonesian
ITAS and passport, if your citizenship is other than Indonesia

Notes : We will help you to secure interview booking with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. But, SPUN does not guarantee the approval of balance disbursement which is subject to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan decision.
