Passport is a compulsory document if you want to travel abroad. You can choose this service if you are an Indonesian citizen who wants to extend your electronic passport. You can choose this extension service if you would like to extend a valid passport or expired one.

An applicant must provide all the mandatory documents and one additional document which is either;

• Birth Certificate
• The latest Education Certificate
• Marriage Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate
• If you do not have any of these additional document, please write up in the "notes" column

The copy of first page of the old passport is also required if you apply for passport extension. Forgetting to include it may affect passport issuance decision.

For applicant with age below 17 years old must attach :

• Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA)
• Birth Certificate
• Marriage Certificate of Parents
• Parents' ID
• Parents' passport Both parents also have to attend the biometric process of the child.

Notes : Price stated includes government fee and administration fee. You have flexible options of how you want to get your passport once it is ready :

• Self pick-up in SPUN Operations Office.
• Deliver it to your location with additional fee.
