Passport is a compulsory document if you want to travel abroad. If you would like to extend your electronic passport, you can choose this extension service.

For passport extension, applicant must provide these two mandatory documents:

• Previous Passport
• ID Card (KTP)

For applicant with age below 17 years old must attach :

• Birth Certificate
• Family Certificate
• Parents' ID (KTP)
• Parents' passport
• Parent’s Permission Statement Letter
• Both parents have to attend the biometric process of the child.

Notes :

• The processing time starts after your appointment with the Immigration Office for your biometrics.
• The copy of the first page of the old passport is also required if you apply for passport extension. Forgetting to include it may affect passport issuance decisions.
• Applicants below 17 years old are only eligible for a passport with a validity of 5 years.

For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at SPUN Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.
