A passport is a compulsory document if you want to travel abroad. If you would like to extend your 48-page valid passport, you can choose this extension service.

For passport extension, applicant must provide these two mandatory documents:

• Previous Passport
• ID Card (KTP)

For applicant with age below 17 years old must attach :

• Birth Certificate
• Family Certificate
• Parents' ID (KTP)
• Parents' passport
• Parent’s Permission Statement Letter
• Both parents have to attend the biometric process of the child.

Notes :

• The processing time starts after your appointment with the Immigration Office for your biometrics.
• The copy of the first page of the old passport is also required if you apply for passport extension. Forgetting to include it may affect passport issuance decisions.
