Indonesian Electronic Passport
Overview
Passport is a compulsory document if you want to travel abroad. You can choose this service if you are an Indonesian citizen who wants to apply for new passport with electronic chip. You can choose passport extension service if you would like to renew an expired electronic passport.
Notes :
- The processing time starts after your appointment with the Immigration Office for your biometrics.
- Applicants below 17 years old are only eligible for a passport with a validity of 5 years, and parents need to assist for his/her biometric at the Immigration office.
- Price stated includes government fee and administration fee.
- Each local immigration office has different policies. Therefore, all procedures will be adjusted and follow the applicable provisions at each immigration office.
- Assistance by the SPUN team is only available for immigration offices in the Jakarta area. Applications in non-Jakarta areas will be provided with online assistance
