To apply for a Retirement ITAS, you must be above 55 years old to be considered as a retiree.

How long can I stay in Indonesia with this visa ?

You are allowed to stay in Indonesia for 1 year with multiple entries.

How many times can i extend this visa ?

The Retirement ITAS is only extendable for a maximum of 5 times with annual extensions.

If I create new application for others, can I help uploading required documents?

Yes, you can check application of others from your account and help them uploading the required documents.

Can I change my password if I forgot my previous password?

I can not make payment for my application. Is there anything wrong?

Payment link of your application is only valid for 48 hours. After the limited time, you must create new application.

What will happen if my visa/permit got rejected?

You will need a minimum of $2,000 per month or$ 24,000 per year from retirement income OR investments to provide your living expenses during your stay

Proof of Government Payment - ITAS Offshore

Required payment amounting to U$D 150 directly to Indonesian government if you are applying for an Offshore ITAS. It is mandatory to process it through page here
