This visa is designed for foreign scientists and researchers who wish to conduct research in Indonesia. It allows them to carry out research projects in the country and provides an opportunity to stay in Indonesia for up to 1 year.

Notes:

  • It’s mandatory to provide a Permit from the National Research and Innovation Agency.

Guarantee letter from a guarantor, which is an Indonesian citizen or the educational institution where foreigners carry out education

Permit from National Research and Innovation Agency

Permit issued by National Research and Innovation Agency to conduct research in Indonesia
