Can one company apply for more than 1 Investor ITAS?

Yes, 1 company can apply for more than 1 Investor ITAS as long as the foreigner's shares are stated in the Deed of Establishment of the Company and the shares are a minimum 1 Billion IDR.

How long can I stay with this ITAS ?

There are 1-year validity ITAS and 2-year validity ITAS. Both allow you to enter and leave the country multiple times.

If I create new application for others, can I help uploading required documents?

Yes, you can check application of others from your account and help them uploading the required documents.

Can I change my password if I forgot my previous password?

Yes, you can change password of your account through Settings

I can not make payment for my application. Is there anything wrong?

Payment link of your application is only valid for 48 hours. After the limited time, you must create new application.

What will happen if my visa/permit got rejected?
