Audited Financial Report of a company outside Indonesia which conducted by global Accounting Firm stating share ownership min. 25% or 2.5 Bio IDR in value

Statement of Commitment to Establish a Company

Statement of commitment to establish a company in Indonesia which must be fulfilled within 90 days of entrance with :

investment value minimum USD 2,500,000 (two million and five hudred US dollars) for stay period up to 5 years, or
investment value minimum USD 5,000,000 (five million US dollars) for stay period up to 10 years
