Guarantee letter from Indonesian company
A letter from your Indonesian company stating that the company will be the guarantor for your ITAS, complete with letterhead and signature.

Proof of DPKK Payment
DPKK Payment is a proof of payment to the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower. The fee is USD 100/ month/ pax and it is non negotiable. The total amount will depend on how long is your stay. For a 12-month ITAS, then it's USD 1,200 and you can process the payment here
