This service covers the pickup of application documents and/or the delivery of passports or visas after processing is complete, between Jakarta and other cities in Indonesia.
The service type and estimated delivery time will be determined automatically based on the pickup and delivery addresses provided.

- Instant service is available within Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jadetabek), for distances of up to 50 km.
- Addresses outside the instant service coverage area will be served by regular delivery, with an estimated delivery time ranging from the same day to 1–2 business days, depending on the destination and service availability. Delivery to certain areas may take longer and require manual confirmation.
- This service is provided by trusted third-party partners working with SPUN and includes insurance coverage of up to IDR 5,000,000.
