Schengen Hungary Business Visa is an entry permit to Hungary for business purposes for up to 90 days within a 180-day period. This visa can be used for purposes such as attending business meetings, exhibitions, trade negotiations, conferences, short trainings, or meetings with company partners in Hungary. The earliest you can apply for the visa is 6 months before your intended travel date. Once you have submitted your visa application, you will not be able to take your passport home while your application is being processed.
For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at SPUN Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

We strongly recommend to maintain a bank balance of at least IDR 2,300,000 per person per day for daily expenses, excluding round-trip airfare and accommodation.
The minimum bank balance should have remained stable for at least the past 3 months. The estimated minimum balance covers daily expenses, round-trip airfare, and accommodation.
