Germany Vocational Training Visa (Aus-/Weiterbildung)
Overview
Germany Vocational Training Visa is designed for non-EU citizens, including Indonesians, who wish to undertake initial vocational training in Germany, either school-based training or company-based training (dual vocational training). You can apply this visa for Aus-/Weiterbildung Program
This visa falls under the National Visa (D-Visa) category, which permits stays exceeding 90 days and the possibility of applying for a Residence Permit upon arrival in Germany.
Upon entering Germany, applicants must register their residence at the Einwohnermeldeamt (Residents’ Registration Office) and schedule an appointment with the Ausländerbehörde (Foreigners’ Office).
The listed price includes only the SPUN service fee and VFS fee. The official visa fee of EUR 75 for adults must be paid separately by the applicant during the appointment using a personal credit card.
For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at SPUN Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.
Notes:
- If the biometric appointment is conducted in Surabaya or Bali, an additional fee may apply.
- Additional documents may be required after verification, depending on the applicant’s personal circumstances.
Eligibility
Am I eligible for this visa?
To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:
- Non-EU citizen.
- Already has a vocational training contract with a company or school in Germany, along with a clearly defined training plan.
- Has German language proficiency according to job requirements (generally B1 – B2 CEFR).
