Overview

Germany Language Course Visa is for those who wish to attend an intensive German language course in Germany for more than 90 days, with the primary purpose of learning the language, not for work or pursuing university studies. The course must consist of at least 18 hours of study per week and be conducted in person (not evening or weekend classes). The validity of this visa can be up to one year, depending on the duration of the course.

For this visa application, official government documents such as the Family Certificate, National ID, Marriage Certificate, or Divorce Certificate must be translated into English by a sworn translator. SPUN can help to translate your documents. Click here to get your documents translated by SPUN.

The stated price only covers the service fee from SPUN and the VFS fee. Applicants must pay the visa fee independently at the appointment using their personal credit card: EUR 75 for adults.

For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at SPUN Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

Am I eligible for this visa?

To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:

Passport valid for at least 15 months, signed by the holder, and with a minimum of three (3) blank pages.
All submitted documents must be in English. SPUN provides document translation services. Click here to get documents translated by SPUN. Each original document must be submitted together with (1) photocopy, maximum paper size A4.
The course must consist of at least 18 hours of study per week and be conducted in person (not evening or weekend classes).
