China Visit Visa (S2)
Overview
China Short-Term Visit Visa (S2) is issued for short-term private affairs in China, with a maximum stay of less than 180 days. This visa is primarily intended for family members (including spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, etc.) of foreigners who are working or studying in China for the purpose of a short visit. It can also be used for other personal reasons such as visiting friends, or handling matters like litigation, inheritance, real estate, marriage, or divorce.
This visa is valid up to maximum 6 months and permits a stay duration not exceeding 180 days per entry. The main requirement for the application is an Invitation letter from the inviting family member in China and a Kinship Certificate (like a marriage or birth certificate) to prove the family relationship.
For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at SPUN Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:
- Passport must be valid for at least six months from the departure date
- No Chinese visa rejection in the past six months
- Passport must have at least two blank visa pages
