Schengen Poland Business Visa is a short-term visa (Type C) that allows foreign nationals to enter Poland and other Schengen countries for business activities. This visa is intended for individuals who need to attend business meetings, conferences, negotiations, trade fairs, training sessions, or engage in short-term business cooperation within the Schengen area.
With this visa, the holder can stay in Poland and other Schengen countries for up to 90 days within a 180-day period. This visa does not grant permission to work or receive wages; it is only intended for business visits and professional activities.
For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at SPUN Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.
To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:
- No visa rejection in the past 3-6 months for any Schengen country.
- Passport is valid for at least 3 months after your planned departure from the Schengen area.
- Passport has at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps.
Your passport should be valid for at least 7 months beyond your application date.
An invitation letter from the local company/foundation/institution with detailed purpose of your trip. You can see the example/template here

Bank statement for the last 3 months with a wet stamp from the bank. It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase your approval rate. Include:
- Applicant's name and address
- Bank account number
Bank reference letter issued by the bank with a wet stamp and the bank’s contact number. The letter must state the current balance in your account.
