Investor ITAS Without Establishing Company – Indonesia Golden Visa

Overview

Investor ITAS without Establishing Company, also known as Visa E28C, is a type of Limited Stay Visa Indonesia and part of the Golden Visa Indonesia program. This visa is designed for individual foreign investors who wish to invest in Indonesia without the need to establish their own company. Through this scheme, investors can directly invest in government bonds, publicly listed company shares, or other eligible investment instruments.

Visa E28C offers two investment options: a minimum of USD 350,000 for a 5-year stay permit, or between USD 700,000 and USD 1,000,000 for a 10-year stay permit. In addition to granting the opportunity for long-term residence in Indonesia, this visa also allows holders to bring their family members and enjoy multiple-entry privileges throughout the validity of their stay permit.

Statement of commitment to fulfill requirement for E28C Visa

Commitment statement that must be fulfilled within 90 (ninety) days from the date of entry into Indonesia, such as:

For a 5-year duration

Commitment statement to purchase Indonesian Government bonds worth USD 350,000 (three hundred fifty thousand United States Dollars); or
Commitment statement to purchase shares in a public company in Indonesia worth USD 350,000 (three hundred fifty thousand United States Dollars);

For a 10-year duration

Proof of ownership of Indonesian Government bonds worth USD 700,000 (seven hundred thousand United States Dollars) for a stay period of up to 10 years; or
Commitment statement to purchase shares in a public company in Indonesia worth USD 700,000 (seven hundred thousand United States Dollars);
