Overview

Investor ITAS without Establishing Company, also known as Visa E28C, is a type of Limited Stay Visa Indonesia and part of the Golden Visa Indonesia program. This visa is designed for individual foreign investors who wish to invest in Indonesia without the need to establish their own company. Through this scheme, investors can directly invest in government bonds, publicly listed company shares, or other eligible investment instruments.

Visa E28C offers two investment options: a minimum of USD 350,000 for a 5-year stay permit, or between USD 700,000 and USD 1,000,000 for a 10-year stay permit. In addition to granting the opportunity for long-term residence in Indonesia, this visa also allows holders to bring their family members and enjoy multiple-entry privileges throughout the validity of their stay permit.
