The Sweden Student Residence Permit is a long-term residence permit for students who plan to study at a Swedish university or higher education institution for more than 90 days. It can be extended if the study period exceeds one year. It must be obtained before departure and applies to international students admitted to:
- Bachelor’s or master’s program.
- Upper secondary education program.
- Student exchange program.
After applying for your visa, you will not be able to take home your passport while your visa application is being processed.
After completion, you can collect your visa and passport at SPUN Operations Office. Alternatively, you can also book this delivery service for delivery within Jakarta, or book this delivery service for delivery to other cities outside Jakarta.
To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:
- No visa rejection in the past 3-6 months for any Schengen country.
- Passport is valid for longer than applied study period.
- Passport has at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps.
