Overview

Russia Student Visa is a single-entry visa granted to foreign nationals accepted into universities, institutes, academies, or schools in Russia for full-time studies, preparatory courses, or long-term training. It is issued for a period of up to 3 months and can be extended for each subsequent year (but not exceeding the expiration date of the study contract).

This visa can also be applied for dependents/family members accompanying the student.

To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:

Passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure.
There must be no record of visa rejection within the last six months.
Passport must contain at least two blank visa pages.

Invitation Letter from Russia

Require physical document

Invitation Letter (LOI), being the original invitation issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation upon the request of the host educational institution/university/academy/higher education institution in Russia, and delivered to the applicant by post or courier. (Dependents/family members are likewise required to provide this letter)

Passport should be valid for at least 7 months beyond your application date.

Certificate of HIV Free Status

A valid HIV certificate issued by a hospital in Indonesia. The HIV certificate must contain the personal data of the tested individual, date of birth, and the signature of the doctor who conducted the test, along with the official stamp from the health institution. The HIV certificate is considered valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
