ITAP is a permit granted to certain foreigners to live and reside in Indonesia as permanent residents. This ITAP applies to foreign spouses of Indonesian citizens who have held the ITAS Spouse of Indonesian Citizen (E31A) for at least 2 consecutive years. This ITAP provides the right to reside permanently in Indonesia.

You must provide a Guarantee Letter from your Indonesian spouse.
A copy of your current Spouse KITAS and Marriage Certificate is required.
The marriage must have been registered for at least 2 years at the time of application.
