Upon arrival in Serbia, visa holders can apply for a Temporary Residence Permit, which is valid for the duration of their studies and can be extended for up to 3 years.

To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:

The proof of intended study in Serbia.
No visa rejection in the past 3-6 months for any Schengen country.
Passport is valid for at least 3 months after your planned departure from the Schengen area.
