Germany Student Visa (Degree Program)

German Student Visa is a type D national visa issued to non-European Union citizens, including Indonesian Citizens, who wish to study for more than 90 days in Germany. The visa is valid for entry permission. Upon arriving in Germany, you must immediately register at the Resident Registration Office (Einwohnermeldeamt) and make an appointment with the Foreigners' Office (Ausländerbehörde) after arriving in Germany.

To apply for a degree program visa, a residence permit can be obtained to start studying or find a university in Germany, as long as you meet the relevant requirements.

The visa for study purposes also applies to preparatory programs for university admission, including language courses (if required for admission to the degree program), as well as prep-college (Studienkolleg) or similar institutions, and completing compulsory internships.

The stated price only covers the service fee from SPUN and the VFS fee. Applicants must pay the visa fee independently at the appointment using their personal credit card: EUR 75 for adults and EUR 37.5 for children under 18.

For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at SPUN Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.
