This visa is an entry permit that allows students to stay and study in Poland for up to one year. During this period, the visa holder may also travel to other Schengen countries for up to 90 days within any 180-day period. After applying for your visa, you will not be able to take home your passport while your visa application is being processed.

To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:
- The proof of intended study in Poland.
- No visa rejection in the past 3-6 months for any Schengen country.
- Passport is valid for at least 3 months after your planned departure from the Schengen area.
