Overview

This visa is a long-term stay visa given to students who wish to study in Belgium for a period of more than 90 days, both at public and private institutions. Upon arrival in Belgium, the applicant must register at the local town hall (commune/gemeente) within 8 working days to obtain a residence permit (A Card)

After applying, the passport cannot be taken home until the visa process is complete. After completion, you can collect your visa and passport at SPUN Operations Office. To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:

Letter of Acceptance/Enrollment confirmation.
No visa rejection in the past 3-6 months for any Schengen country.
Passport is valid for at least 12 months for the application.

Do I have enough funds?

You must have sufficient balance in your bank account, at least IDR 2.000.000 per day/per person, excluding round-trip flight and accommodation costs.

The minimum bank balance need to be stable for at least the last 3 months.

Providing embassy-compliant proof of funds is a visa requirement but does not guarantee approval. This information is for reference only.
