To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:
- No rejection for a Schengen visa in the past 3-6 months.
- Passport validity of at least three months beyond the planned departure date from the Schengen area.
- Passport must contain at least two blank visa pages.

Employment contract or work agreement (need to be in Czech Language). The document must prove that the applicant has a job in the Czech Republic with a salary not lower than the basic monthly wage, and a minimum of 15 working hours per week.
