Indonesian citizens, as well as those who are not from the EU/EEA/Switzerland, are required to obtain a visa and work permit to work in the Czech Republic, even if they will stay for less than 90 days.

To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:
- No rejection for a Schengen visa in the past 3-6 months.
- Passport validity of at least three months beyond the planned departure date from the Schengen area.
- Passport must contain at least two blank visa pages.

Health insurance of at least 60,000 EUR covering the territory of the Czech Republic. Applicants wishing to apply for a work visa to the Czech Republic must first provide health insurance that offers long-term coverage.
Employment contract or work agreement. The document must prove that the applicant has a job in the Czech Republic with a salary not lower than the basic monthly wage, and a minimum of 15 working hours per week.
Police clearance as proof of individual's good conduct in Indonesia.
